My husband and I are presently waiting for our new home to be ready so we needed a place to stay. I could make a valid and accurate review regarding the outdated,run down, clientele and overpriced rooms. If you are from Syracuse, it is no secret that thus motel as a grizzly reputation for the type of guests and types of activity that goes on. The first night,my husband was approached by another "guest" as he was walking to Morabito to get a snack. The guest walked up behind him and said"give me your money or I will shoot you." My husband saw this man hanging around the motel lot earlier and could tell that the man was "not in his right mind" (to put it kindly)so he took a chance and didn't comply and laughed it off. Thankfully, he was right. This is about something much deeper than the above mentioned. Its about basic human decency and not to assume that everyone is the same and/or has the same intentions. The management is the proprietary of this place. Never in my life have I dealt with such a cold hearted and cruel man. The saddest part is we did nothing that was deserving to be kicked down by this man during such a stressful time. Since the pandemic,this world has gotten even worse than before. Customer service is gone,I have finally accepted that but basic human kindness and respect for one another is extinct. This man Sadly confirms this as well.

Miserable, crappy hotel! The bathroom was absolutely grimy and in complete disrepair. The towel holder was broken and the sink leaked. On top of that, the desk staff did not understand when I was checking out, even though I told them at my check-in. Then, they overcharged me for an additional night! The only thing this hotel has going for it is its location. Frankly, I'm surprised its corporate office allows it to stay open given the state of its rooms. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The room was obviously not clean, hairs on the pillows, chair was stained and dirty. The hotel receptionist gave me another room and the toilet wouldn’t flush. He said he’d send someone up to fix it but never did. After an hour of waiting for the maintenance guy I went to the lobby and he said the maintenance guy left. He couldn’t care less. The next day when I complained about it he had the nerve to try to place the blame on me for his wrongdoing! After everything I went through he refused to give a refund! Also, there were lots of bugs, 3 small bugs and 1 cockroach. They need to get an exterminator. Needless to say I would never stay there again and I can honestly say it was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life.

There was no fitted sheet on the bed just a flat sheet laying on top. The bathroom door cracked and the handle extremely loose. The bathroom sink faucet would move when trying to turn the water on. The tissues were empty and so nasty. Mold on the wall and on the floors. Cracked light switch cover.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The pictures of this room are false advertisement. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. The person working the front desk was extremely rude. Did not want to give me a receipt. When I told him that I would never stay here again because the room was filthy, he said, "Good, we don't like your kind." I'm not quite sure what "my kind" is. My family and I stayed here for one night. The room was so filthy that we would not take our shoes off. The curtains were stained with some kind of black stains. The tables and dresser were dirty. The bathroom had scum and slimy stuff all over it. There was sticky food on the microwave and the room guide. The beds...there was lipstick on the pillow case and crumbs, CRUMBS IN THE BED. Spend a little more and stay somewhere else. This was seriously the most disgusting MOTEL, NOT HOTEL, I have ever stayed at.
